Welcome to "ScanTrack: Bulk QR code & Barcode Delivery Tracker" (referred to as "ScanTrack" or "the Add-on"), operated by convertsharp.com. By installing, authorizing, or using ScanTrack, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Add-on within Google Sheets™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Add-on.

2. Description of Service

ScanTrack is a productivity and logistics add-on designed for Google Sheets™ that enables users to:

• Generate Barcodes (Code128, EAN-13, Code39, UPC, ITF-14) and QR Codes in bulk directly into spreadsheet cells.
• Format and print physical shipment carton labels onto standard A4 sticker sheets and 4x6" thermal labels.
• Scan codes upon package arrival using device cameras, handheld USB/Bluetooth barcode scanner guns, or mobile web check-in links to automatically update delivery status and timestamps in Google Sheets™.

3. License & Usage Rights

• License Grant: ConvertSharp grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use ScanTrack for personal, educational, or commercial business logistics operations in accordance with these Terms.
• Free Starter Tier: New users receive free starter generation and scanning allowances to evaluate the Add-on.
• Pro License Upgrades: Unlimited bulk barcode/QR generation, custom styling, and enterprise batch scanning require an active Pro subscription or lifetime license. License activations are processed securely via official payment endpoints.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use ScanTrack strictly for lawful inventory, shipping, and package tracking purposes. You expressly agree NOT to:

• Generate barcodes or QR codes intended for fraudulent, counterfeit merchandise labeling, phishing, or malicious distribution.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Add-on.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Google Workspace™ services.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All software, interfaces, designs, scripts, and documentation related to ScanTrack are the intellectual property of ConvertSharp. Google Workspace™, Google Sheets™, Google Docs™, and Google Drive™ are trademarks of Google LLC. ScanTrack is an independent software application and is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Google LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScanTrack is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular logistics workflow, accuracy of camera scanning under low-light or degraded barcode conditions, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConvertSharp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, shipping delays, or delivery discrepancies resulting from the use or inability to use the Add-on.
