Terms of Service

Welcome to the "Bulk Barcode & QR Code Generator" Google Sheets™ Add-on (the "Add-on"), owned and operated by convertsharp.com ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Add-on, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Add-on.

1. Description of Service

The Add-on allows users to batch generate barcode and QR code images directly into cells of their active Google Sheets™, customize styles (colors, fonts, dimensions, logo overlays), and compile printable PDF label grids. The service runs serverless within Google Sheets™ and integrates with PayPal for paid plans.

2. Subscription Plans and Payment

We offer both free trial and premium licenses:

  • Free Trial: New users receive 30 free generation credits to test the tool. Free credits are stored locally on your User Profile.
  • Paid Plans: You can purchase subscription licenses directly inside the Add-on to unlock unlimited generation credits (PRO Plan):
    • Monthly Access: $5.15 per month.
    • Yearly Access: $13.67 per year.
    • Lifetime Access: $21.99 one-time payment.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via the integrated PayPal Smart Buttons SDK. We do not store or handle your credit card or financial accounts details.
  • License Activation: Once the transaction completes, your order is verified using the PayPal REST API, and a permanent license entry is written to a tab named Licenses in your spreadsheet to activate your PRO plan.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Add-on only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to circumvent credit limits or bypass PayPal payment verification flows.
  • Generate barcodes or QR codes containing malicious, illegal, or harmful URLs or content.
  • Attempt to modify, decompile, or copy the underlying Apps Script code without authorization.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the premium features of the Add-on if a payment is disputed, charged back, or if these Terms are violated.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, uptime, accuracy, or suitability of the generated barcodes/QR codes for any retail, logistics, or industrial printing standard. Users are advised to scan and verify test prints before printing labels in large quantities.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall convertsharp.com or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Add-on, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
