Tutorial Guide: How to Use QR Code for Google Forms™

This step-by-step guide explains how to install, launch, and customize QR codes for your Google Forms™ using the ConvertSharp Add-on.
Step 1: Install the Add-on from Google Workspace Marketplace™
- Open any Google Form or visit the Google Workspace Marketplace™ Page.
- Click the Install button and approve the 2 minimal scopes (`script.container.ui` & `script.external_request`).
Step 2: Launch the Add-on inside Google Forms™
- In your Google Form editor, click the Puzzle icon (🧩) in the top right menu bar.
- Select QR Code for Google Forms™ by ConvertSharp.
- Click Generate QR Code to open the interactive generator window.
Step 3: Customize Mode, Fonts, Colors, and Logo
- Enter Form URL: Paste your published Google Form share URL or any link.
- Mode Presets: Choose 0 - Normal, 1 - Label-Strip, or 2 - Label-Box.
- Typography: Pick from 9+ fonts (Georgia, Arial, Times New Roman, Impact, etc.).
- Logo Overlay: Click the Logo button to upload your company or school logo image.
Step 4: Export & Copy to Clipboard
- Click Copy to Clipboard to paste the QR code directly into emails, posters, or slides.
- Click Copy the shortened URL to share a dynamic short link.
